How to File a Dispute

- Click "Request Return/Refund" within 7 days
- Select reason and upload clear photos of the issue
- Seller is notified and has 48 hours to respond
- If seller agrees, return item using agreed method
- If seller refuses, escalate to DOTCommerce Resolution Team

No Prohibited Items: Weapons, drugs, counterfeit currency, and stolen goods are strictly banned.
